Annabelle Bowman
Annabelle Bowman is a dancer, artist, and choreographer from Arlington, Virginia. She trained at the BalletNova Conservatory under Matthew Powell, performing works such as Steps in the Street by Martha Graham and soloist roles in La Fille Mal Gardée. She has attended intensives at Princeton Ballet, Paul Taylor Dance, Complexions Academy, and The Ailey School, among others.
Annabelle holds a BFA in Dance from Rutgers University, where she graduated through the Honors College. While in school, she studied abroad at Trinity Laban Conservatoire in London and earned her Comprehensive Studio Certification from Polestar Pilates.
Her choreography has been featured at the River Dance Festival in New Hope, PA. Recent performance highlights include Buglisi Dance Theater’s Table of Silence at Lincoln Center and works by Kiana Rosa-Fischer at the Morven Moves and Montclair Dance Festivals.
With years of teaching experience, Annabelle is committed to fostering inclusive, supportive environments for dancers of all ages and abilities. She believes in the transformative power of movement and is passionate about sharing the joy of dance with others. She is excited to be part of the Nittany Ballet community.
