Nina Sparrow graduated from PASCP in 2024 after dancing at Nittany Ballet since she was three years old. Her training primarily focused on classical ballet training, while also exploring other styles such as contemporary, modern, and jazz. She attended summer intensives at the Louisville Ballet, Carolina Ballet, and Central Pennsylvania Youth Ballet taking classes by well-known instructors and current company members. During her senior year she danced the role of Dracula in Nittany Ballet's production of Dracula, along with the role of Dew Drop in the annual performance of The Nutcracker. In addition, during her senior year, she began teaching weekly scheduled beginner-level classes at Nittany Ballet, after shadowing and assisting other faculty members in their classes the year prior. She officially became a faculty member at the school at the start of the 2024-2025 season, following her graduation.
Nina is currently studying at Penn State University majoring in Early/Elementary Education with a minor in Special Education, with the goal of becoming an elementary school teacher.
